Shipping

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If the item has been installed, damaged, fired, or Loctite has been applied, we cannot accept the return. It must also be in the original packaging. We have the right to modify, accept, or refuse returns at any time.

Note: Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@herringtonarms.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they have manufacure defects. Cosmetic defects on items sold as "blems" are not covered. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@herringtonarms.com

Return instructions

To return your product, you should email customer service at support@herringtonarms.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Export Control Notice

These items are controlled by the U.S. Government and authorized for export only to the country of ultimate destination for use by the ultimate consignee or end-user identified. They may not be resold, transferred, or otherwise disposed of to any other country or to any person other than the authorized end-user, either in their original form or after being incorporated into other items, without first obtaining approval from the U.S. Government or as otherwise authorized by U.S. law and regulations.
